Sessions for Prospective Students

The college hosts several information sessions for prospective graduate students in person and online throughout the academic year.

Although attendance at a session is not required before applying, it is highly recommended. This is your opportunity to meet the administrative and academic staff members who will assist you in the pursuit of your graduate coursework and degree.

Prospective graduate students must meet all of the university's requirements and deadlines. George Mason alumni have the option of pursuing a fast-track admissions path.

BAM events are available for current George Mason undergraduate students. At the start of each semester, the Office of Graduate Studies hosts our BAM Transition Day, designed to support current BAM students who are preparing to transition to the Master's program and for prospective BAM students who want to learn more about BAM opportunities and network with their fellow students and academic advisors. Throughout the semester, BAM information sessions are hosted in-class for CEC undergraduates. See if we're visiting your class below.

International Events and Information Sessions

Registration for general information sessions open approximately two weeks prior to each event.

The Office of Graduate Studies' international events are led by our South Asia Regional Manager and are intended for internationally-educated students interested in our graduate certificate or master's programs. All international events are listed in Indian Standard Time.
