The Office of Outreach, Student Success & Engagement (OSSE)’s welcoming community supports all the college’s students.

Our signature programs and direct services facilitate access to the broadest range of academic and professional enrichment opportunities within the College of Engineering and Computing. OSSE is committed to a culture of inclusion in which students experience a genuine sense of belonging, engagement, and achievement. OSSE’s mission is to ensure College of Engineering and Computing students have access to educational and professional development opportunities that empower them to develop and leverage their agency as they seek to achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals.

Tatiana brings a background in public administration and Virginia state government policy to her work coordinating OSSE's student outreach, K–12 engagement, and community partnership programs.

Siri Meghana Annamdevula 
Data and Events Operations Analyst

Siri Meghana drives OSSE’s data and events operations, building analytics and reporting workflows to turn program data into actionable insight, with a background in software engineering and a master’s in computer science.

Gina DiGuilio

Gina DiGuilio supports OSSE’s day-to-day operations, bringing a background in administration and communications from roles across higher education.

Erin Fay
Research Assistant

Erin is a doctoral candidate in higher education and critical pedagogy. Her research interests include STEM equity, inclusive pedagogies, student agency and belonging, and student-faculty partnerships.
